REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Our Guarantee
We stand behind the ReviveLab Reset completely. If you don't feel a difference within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@tryrevivelab.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and we'll get back to you within 24 hours with return instructions.
Return Conditions
Only the ReviveLab Reset device needs to be returned. Any bonus items included with your order — the Recovery Stretcher, Gamer Recovery Routine guide and USB-C Charging Cable — are yours to keep regardless of the outcome.
The device must be returned in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
US customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
EU customers — we cover return shipping costs. Contact us at support@tryrevivelab.com and we will provide a prepaid return label.
Digital Products
The Gamer Recovery Routine is a digital product. Once downloaded it is non-refundable. This does not affect your right to return the ReviveLab Reset device under our 30-day guarantee.
European Union Customers
If you are located in the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day guarantee exceeds this statutory minimum and applies in addition to your legal rights.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@tryrevivelab.com within 14 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs for all EU returns and process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Your statutory rights as an EU consumer are not affected by this policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your ReviveLab Reset arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@tryrevivelab.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you including return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of us confirming it, first check your bank account and contact your payment provider as processing times vary. If you still haven't received it contact us at support@tryrevivelab.com and we will investigate immediately.
