All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. ReviveLab has no control over these charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us at support@tryrevivelab.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
